    Summary

    HII-Technical Solutions Division (HII-TSD) is currently seeking a Senior C5ISR Mission Partner Environment (MPE) Analyst. The MPE Analyst provides senior programmatic, operational, and technical support to the Mission Partner JADC2 Coordination Cell in support of Line of Effort 5 roles and responsibilities as aligned to the Joint Staff J6 Liaison Officer in Suffolk, VA.

    What you will do

    • Conducts collection, analysis, and management of C5ISR/MPE/JADC2-related data and products
    • Generates C5ISR/MPE/JADC2-related briefings and analytical products
    • Coordinates w/ JADC2 LOE 5 Co-OPR & w/Task OPRs on construction and provision of LOE 5 Task deliverables
    • Conducts/Supports JADC2 LOE 5 Risk Management process
    • Conducts/Supports JADC2 LOE 5 IMS development and management process
    • Conducts/Supports Knowledge Management of C5ISR/MPE/JADC2 data/products


    What we are looking for

    • 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.
    • US Citizenship
    • Clearance: Must possess an active TS clearance and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance

    Additional Experience on the following is preferred, but not required:
    • Previous exposure to or experience with some or all of the relevant capabilities, functions, missions, and processes of the US Defense Combatant Commands, CCMD JIOCs and coalition interoperability
    • Understanding of coalition intelligence and operational data sharing programs, techniques or methodologies
    • Commonly used cross domain transfer options and technologies
    • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, best practices and goals
