Job Title - Technical Support Analyst

Location - San Antonio, TX 78245 / Hybrid

Duration - 12 months (Extension/ Conversion will be based on performance.)

Pay Rate: ($22-$23) hourly

Requirement:



  • At least 1-year Helpdesk Experience

  • MS Office Experience

  • VDI Support

  • WIN 10 Experience

  • Good Understanding of TCP/IP/DHCP/DNS Networks

  • Active Directory Responsibilities

  • Take 40+ calls per day, plus the ability to work in between calls on other work as assigned.

  • Some experience with L2 & L3 support is a big plus.

  • Windows remote assistant - to remote into someone's machine.
