Summary

Role: SAP FICO Lead

Location: Jackson, GA

Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned SAP FICO Lead to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI/CO) solutions. This role requires strong functional expertise, leadership ability, and hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA finance processes. The FICO Lead will work closely with finance stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and IT partners to ensure successful delivery of SAP projects and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO design, configuration, and implementation activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
Provide functional expertise across core finance processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and prepare functional specifications, RICEFW items, and documentation for development and testing.
Lead testing cycles including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Support data migration activities and ensure accurate mapping, cleansing, and validation of financial master data.
Collaborate with cross-module leads (e.g., MM, SD, PS) to ensure seamless integration.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to junior consultants and functional team members.
Support month-end and year-end close activities, troubleshooting, and production support as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

SAP FICO experience with multiple end-to-end implementations.
Strong expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling modules.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred.
Proven ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and drive solutions across teams.
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
