Job Description:

  • The client is looking for a Software Products Quantitative UX Researcher for a 7+ months contract position in San Francisco, CA (onsite in a hybrid model).

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, socialize learnings on new product experience.
  • Collaborate with XFN partners to identify research priorities.
  • Collaborate with XFN partners to apply learnings to product, design, and engineering strategy.
  • Conduct foundational and tactical quantitative research (e.g. surveys).
  • Conduct foundational and tactical qualitative research (e.g. interviews, diary studies).
  • Collaborate with Design, PM, Data Science, and Eng stakeholders to direct and advise on product, design, and ranking tactical and strategic product decisions in support of the launch of a new product.

Mandatory:

  • 5+ years experience as UX Researcher for software products.
  • 5+ years experience with quantitative UX research methods (e.g., surveys, logs data analysis, machine learnings techniques).
  • 3+ years experiences with qualitative UX research methods (e.g. interviews, diary studies, usability studies would be a plus.
  • Log data analysis experience.
  • Experience with SQL/Python.
  • Survey design expertise.
  • Experience with Dscout, UserTesting would be a plus.

Education:

  • MA or PhD in Social Science (e.g. psychological, social psychology, sociology, anthropology, economics, etc).
