- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
- Operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Participate in hybrid work model with occasional onsite presence.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in solution analysis, business analysis, or business systems analysis.
- 1+ years of experience managing tasks or small-scale efforts (not formal project management).
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), either operationally or technically.
- Experience writing simple SQL queries and navigating code.
- Strong communication and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to .NET development environments.
- Background in or exposure to AI concepts or enterprise AI projects.
