Develop and implement strategies, processes, low latency services, software solutions, applications, code, components, pipelines, data models, data storage, query frameworks, dashboards, AI systems. Execute business plans and projects. Review discovery, high level designs, end-to-end service implementation, data feeds ingestion, orchestration, version control systems, automated testing frameworks, user guides, technical feasibility assessments, security best practices, latency, throughput, caching, asynchronous processing, performance, root cause, compliance, risk, product shelves, classification rules, metadata, synchronization, analytics, metrics, mapping. Troubleshoot, analyze user needs, confer with stakeholders, analyze software requirements, translate functional requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs, create systems for ingesting and validating data, build orchestration workflows, integrate AI and ML inference APIs. Analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate test and validation plans. Use SDLC, Git, CI/CD, Apache Airflow, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, Microservices, Java, Spring Boot, Tango, Apache Kafka, Cosmos DB, Cassandra, BigQuery, Memcache, RESTful API, GraphQL API, Docker, gRPC, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, FastAPI, Google Vertex AI. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience developing pipelines, data models, dashboards, AI systems, workflows; reviewing metadata, synchronization; using CI/CD, Kubernetes, Microservices, Java, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, Cassandra, RESTful API, Docker, Python. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $264,515 to $264,550/yr.
