System Administration & Automation (40%)
Install, configure, and maintain RHEL servers across development, test, and production.
Perform user and group management, troubleshooting, and shell scripting.
Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and collections.
Manage Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) components.
Automate patching and compliance using Red Hat Satellite.
Security & Compliance (20%)
Apply DISA STIG and NIST security hardening standards.
Manage PKI, certificates, and key lifecycle management.
Configure SELinux, firewall rules (firewalld/iptables), and access controls.
Monitor logs and respond to security incidents.
DevOps & Containerization (15%)
Manage container platforms using Podman or Docker.
Support GitLab CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows.
Collaborate with development teams to streamline automation and deployments.
Infrastructure Integration (15%)
Automate operations across on-prem and cloud environments.
Administer VMware vSphere (VM provisioning, scaling, optimization).
Support hybrid cloud and cloud-native automation.
Documentation & Collaboration (10%)
Maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing.
Participate in enterprise modernization and infrastructure projects.
