Job Description:
Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr
  • The Change Management Lead will be responsible for driving and executing organizational change strategies to support technology programs.
  • This role focuses on stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives while minimizing disruption to the business.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with executive sponsors, program team members, and functional partners to drive organizational change for technology programs.
  • Assess the scale and impact of change, recommending appropriate engagement strategies to minimize disruption and maximize adoption.
  • Deliver across all areas of change management, including stakeholder identification, impact analysis, readiness assessments, communication planning, training development, and resistance management.
  • Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback, lessons learned, and adjusting plans based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement and monitor change management plans.
  • Establish and report on key metrics for business readiness, leading indicators, and user adoption.
  • Provide post-release support to end users through office hours, updated communication, and training materials.
Requirements / Must Have:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Organizational Change Management, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in organizational change management.
  • Proven expertise in applying change management principles and methodologies; certification is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills across multiple formats, including email, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Wiki, newsletters, video, and infographics.
  • Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders toward a shared vision without direct authority.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in ambiguous situations.
  • Proven collaboration skills across multiple business functions and organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and technical capability to leverage metrics and analytics for decision-making.
Preferred Skills:
  • Intermediate or advanced graphic design skills to support visual storytelling; experience with Adobe Suite (Express, Illustrator, Firefly, Campaign) preferred.
  • Experience implementing and developing content with digital adoption tools (e.g., Gainsight, WalkMe).
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront is highly desirable.
  • Background working with Marketing organizations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools used for change impact analyses.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Portfolio of change management deliverables (e.g., stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, persona journey playbooks) required.
