Pay Range: $21-$22/hour (W2 Contract)
Location: Hybrid - Onsite 3 days per week in St. Paul, MN (remote flexibility after training)
Duration: 1-year contract with potential for extension based on performance and business needs

We re seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join the Affinity Solutions Client Onboarding team. In this role, you ll ensure internal policy administration systems are accurately set up with the correct client and program information to support various credit protection products.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, has a strong technical aptitude, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. You ll play an essential role in coordinating across departments, supporting system implementations, and ensuring seamless onboarding for new clients.

  • Provide quality assurance for new client implementations, including setup, testing, and administration of point-of-sale product programs.

  • Ensure premium remittance and claims systems are properly configured with policy numbers for new credit protection clients.

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, distribution partners, and internal associates regarding system-related questions.

  • Assist third-party vendors with form testing to verify proper setup within financial institutions.

  • Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to confirm program details before internal system setup.

  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure client implementation projects remain on schedule.

  • Identify and recommend process efficiencies by leveraging shared tools and workflows.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities, including explaining technical information to non-technical audiences.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general technical systems aptitude.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with credit protection products and internal systems that support them (e.g., VIVA, Stone Eagle, HOA).

  • Knowledge of credit protection case implementation requirements.

  • Understanding of compliance and legal structures related to credit protection programs.
