Role: Junior Backend Developer
Location: Remote
Job Description
- Understanding of Cloud based services with experience in AWS and any private cloud
- Quickly able to understand Cloud or underlying platform API usage in existing application portfolio
- Developing using Golang, Python an Java for our Security Product tools
- Develop schemas, migrations, and manage SQL and NoSQL databases (REDIS and/or Cassandra)
- Writing data API's and multi-server applications to meet product needs
- Implement modular services; Use Agile methodologies, DevOps, Continuous Integration
Primary Skills
- 2> years of experience in developing backend services & APIs for Cloud based enterprise applications using Python, Goland and Java, No SQL databases etc
- Experience in writing the HTTP Restful Web Services/Proxies and API's
- Have a good understanding of Linux performance tuning, internals and security???
- Experience in NoSQL databases like Cassandra and Redis and data modeling
- Experience with Amazon Web Services and/or other cloud services integration
- Expertise in deisgning & building Microservices
- Experience with Kafka
- Should have expertise in REST API based integration and integration between cloud and On prem services
- Highly responsible, self-disciplined, self-managed, self-motivated.
- Passion to understand, learn, and dissect new technologies quickly on your own.
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to interact and manage customer expectations
Secondary Skills
- Security domain knowledge, Web Application Firewall
- Knowledge of web architecture and protocols (CDN, HTML, DOM, JS, HTTP, HTTPS,TLS/SSH, IPv4/v6)
- Experience with AWS PaaS services
- Experience in developing containerized applications using Docker, K8s and deploying them
