    Technical Project Manager

    Location:
    Remote
    Duration: 12+ Month, Contract
    Pay: $65+/hour

    Description:
    The Technical Project Manager (PM) will drive transformational change within the organization. The PM will be knowledgeable in all aspects of the software development life cycle. This role will partner with the Portfolio Manager to prioritize demand, work demand through the intake and budgeting process, deploy projects and deliver change. This individual will be driving large enterprise level projects with a focus on building an Agile environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Mindset of continuous improvement regarding customer support, satisfaction and process improvement.
    • Manage numerous concurrent initiatives that support Customer's transformation goals.
    • Report operational achievements and project status to Senior Leadership and other Stakeholders
    • Ensure timely project delivery within budget.
    • Utilize formal project management methodologies.
    • Support Customer's demand planning process, from intake to delivery.
    • Identify opportunities for improving quality, efficiency of service and cost effectiveness.
    • Facilitate creation of process and technical support documentation.
    • Facilitate best practices for the analysis, design, testing and implementation of new/modified technology solutions.
    • Maintain productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels with the Customer organization.
    • Facilitate functional acceptance testing of development deliverables to verify they meet software requirements.
    Requirements:

    • 4+ years experience managing IT related projects.
    • Vendor management.
    • Prior work in implementations and integrations with legacy software's.
    • Experience providing application support.
    • Experience with business analysis.
    • Skilled with executive level reporting.
    • Clear understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
    • Strong aptitude for solving problems, attention to detail.
    • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
    • Knowledge of client and server hardware, operating systems, and applications.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with IT Service Desk ticketing/tracking
    Beneficial Skills and Experiences:

    • Project Management Certification (PMP or other)
    • Agile Scrum and/or Product Owner knowledge
    • Software Development knowledge
