Role: EPIC Technical Analyst

Location: 100% Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key technical liaison between Epic software and hospital IT teams, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing inventive solutions, and ensuring optimal software performance.
  • Manage support for three healthcare organizations, balancing differing workflows and project needs.
  • Drive long-term implementation projects and continuous improvements to ensure client satisfaction and success with Epic software.
  • Serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for third-party integrations and the Urgent Care module within Epic.
  • Proactively monitor issue tickets related to the Urgent Care module and provide timely solutions.
  • Collaborated with R&D to enhance the functionality and usability of the Urgent Care module, contributing improvements that now benefit future customers across the Epic platform.
  • Host regular office hours to support internal teams with the Urgent Care module and assist client analysts with general Epic-related questions.
