Location - Austin, TX (Onsite)
Yrs. of experience - 6+ Yrs.

Job Description:
Technical Skills
• At least 6 years of experience on COGNOS BI (Mandatory) •
• Database - Oracle 12c with Good PL-SQL knowledge
• Governance Risk and Compliance(GRC) or IBM open pages knowledge
• TOAD
• Agile methodologies (Preferably using Atlassian tool set - JIRA, Confluence, Bit bucket, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with offshore team and drive the work.
Other Skills / Role Skills
• Guide and Mentor team members
• Ability to understand and analyze business requirements by working with various stakeholders Create the appropriate information architecture, taxonomy and solution approach Design and deliver technical solutions and documentation for complex business scenarios
• Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
• Excellent Written and Communication Skills
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
• Quick learner with can do attitude
• Own project tasks and take it through completion Proactively help improve processes and learnings in the team.
