Job Title: MS Dynamics Business Analyst

Location: New York City, NY

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Business Analyst to support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with technical capabilities, ensuring smooth delivery and system adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement D365 modules (CRM, F&O, CE, or Business Central).
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements aligned with Dynamics capabilities.
  • Prepare and maintain requirement documents, user stories, test cases, and process flows.
  • Support UAT, end-user training, and post-deployment activities.
  • Partner with developers and solution architects to ensure functional alignment and system integrity.
  • Perform data analysis, reporting, and validation within the Dynamics environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years working on MS Dynamics 365 (CRM, F&O, or CE).
  • Strong understanding of business processes in finance, sales, supply chain, or customer service.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or related certification.

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and working with cross-functional teams.
