Chief Architecture Engineer and Delivery Executive
Key Role:
Manage the cost, schedule, and development of the overall system of interest encompassing hardware and sof tware through its entire life cycle, including requirements determination through operations and system retirement, with an emphasis on domain expert involvement, risk and opportunity management, and tailoring of processes to meet the needs of the specific project. Apply advanced program management, theories, principles, and concepts and contribute to development of new principles and concepts. Manage the development of solutions to highly complex problems. Drive major capture efforts from start to finish, lead capture and marketing activities, and support business staff in captures that are espe cia lly demanding and maintain accountability for the success of firm-wide, must-win opportunities. Manage complex captures led by senior-level employees by coordinating market analysis, competitor analysis, gap analysis, and teaming activities in alignment with firm strategy and objectives and interact directly with multiple senior-level leaders and coordinate all phases of capture activities and strategy development. Develop and maintain a broad and collaborative network across the firm and engage in speaking opportunities, networking, and publishing to build an internal and industry reputation as a recognized expert in capture management and business development. Work with wide latitude for unreviewed action with responsibility for supervision and development of a talented team.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $134,600.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.

Basic Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience with leading space delivery programs
- Experience with engaging and influencing senior clients and firm leadership through strong presentation and interpersonal expertise to achieve mission objectives
- Experience with managing a team of engineers and developers, including establishing design concepts and criteria, product research, development, testing and integration
- Knowledge of business development, proposal work, contracts, reviews, and te chn ical performance in coordination with client needs
- Ability to demonstrate a track record of leading successful captures in the Aerospace marketplace
- Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams and ensure efficient execution of capture efforts and to facilitate the entire proposal process from pipeline management to proposal delivery
- Ability to deliver a BMC3 program successfully and manage all program aspects, including cost, scheduling, risk, and performance
- Ability to form strong relationships rapidly with SDA programmatic and te chn ical leadership and Tranche 1 contractor leads
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile sof tware development processes and tools, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and GitLab
- Experience with DevOps or DevSecOps pipelines
- Knowledge of containerization and te chn ologies, including Kubernetes
- Master's degree
