Job Title: Salesforce Architect (RAG, Data Cloud & Search Index)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Salesforce Data Cloud, and enterprise search architecture. The ideal candidate will design and implement AI-driven solutions leveraging Salesforce ecosystem capabilities to enable intelligent search, contextual insights, and data unification across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions integrating RAG-based AI frameworks.

• Lead implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud for customer data unification and real-time insights.

• Architect and optimize Search Index strategies for structured and unstructured data.

• Integrate Salesforce with external AI/ML platforms and LLM services.

• Define data models, governance, and security standards across the Salesforce landscape.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate AI use cases into technical architecture.

• Ensure high performance, scalability, and compliance of enterprise AI solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Architect (Platform, Integration, or Enterprise level).

• Hands-on expertise with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations.

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform).

• Experience with search technologies (Elastic, vector databases, semantic search, indexing strategies).

• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integrations.

• Understanding of AI/ML model integration within Salesforce ecosystem.

Preferred Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant

• Salesforce Application/System Architect
