Electro-Mechanical Systems Architecting, Concept Ideation & Downselection, & Product Design
Expertise in Verification & Validation (V&V) techniques and methodologies and Design Verification Planning (DVP)
Risk Management techniques and methodologies including FMEA (Failure Mode Effects and Analysis), Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA)
Broad technical knowledge of other product design techniques and methodologies including DFA/M (Design for Manufacturability/Assembly), Dimensional tolerance analysis & definition
5+ years of experience and Knowledge of design in hardware design and system knowlegde
Design and develop analog and digital circuits for various applications.
Create and optimize power electronics systems, including power supplies and converters.
Develop microcontroller-based systems and integrate them into larger projects.
Ensure designs meet EMI/EMC compliance standards and perform necessary testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Conduct simulations, prototyping, and testing to validate designs.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues.
Document design processes, specifications, and test results.
Good project leading experience in planning, executing, monitoring and controlling
Experience working in a lab testing environment including use of tools for prototype build and testing as well as writing technical reports.
Leads cross-functional teams and third-party service providers/suppliers while maintaining overview and communication of the assigned projects.
