Position: Scrum Master Location: Raritan NJ (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ contract
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in GxP-regulated environments to support agile delivery within a pharmaceutical or life sciences context. The ideal candidate will facilitate agile ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum principles, and ensure adherence to GxP compliance throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Scrum Masterfor one or more Agile teams
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
- Guide teams in Agile best practices and continuous improvement
- Ensure deliverables meet GxP compliance and validation requirements
- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and Regulatory teams
- Remove impediments and foster a high-performing team environment
Qualifications:
- 5+ years as a Scrum Masterin Agile environments
- Experience in GxP-compliantpharmaceutical or life sciences projects
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
- Scrum Mastercertification (CSM, PSM, etc.) preferred
