We are looking for a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in American Fork, Utah. In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, contributing to informed decision-making processes. Your expertise in data analysis, reporting tools, and communication will play a critical role in driving efficiency and innovation.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret diverse data sets to uncover insightful patterns and trends.
Develop and maintain data reports using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
Create and present clear, actionable reports that support strategic business decisions.
Implement data integration mechanisms to streamline processes and improve operations.
Utilize Python libraries to enhance data analysis capabilities.
Ensure database normalization and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval.
Apply advanced Excel techniques, including macros and pivot tables, to manipulate data effectively.
Engage in discussions with clients and vendors to define data needs and communicate findings.
Propose innovative ideas to enrich data quality and improve reporting processes
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or reporting.
Proficiency in SQL query writing and database concepts.
Strong skills in data interpretation and visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
Hands-on experience with Python and relevant libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, including macros and pivot tables.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills for collaboration and presentation purposes.
Familiarity with data integration processes and systems.
