Position: Sr. Desktop Design Engineer Lev.2

Work Location: Remote (Must work on EST Time zone)

Mandatory Skills:

At least 8+ years of expert proficiency with Client Management Systems like SCCM, Workspace One, and Nerdio.

Deep working knowledge and experience with Windows Software, Hardware, and System Administration.

Experience with vulnerability management and security compliance.

Working knowledge of policy management via GPO and CSP

Excellent troubleshooting skills / ability to investigate problems and perform RCA

Experience researching, designing, and implementing Windows Desktop Design standards

Desired:

Experience with software and patch packaging

Experience with scripting languages.

IT automation concepts, monitoring, and software metering

Experience creating and deploying MSIX packages

Experience creating custom queries, collections, and reports.

Azure/Cloud experience is a plus
