Job Details
A rapidly growing company here in Plano is looking to add a Systems Engineer to their team. This is an organization that partners with dental and orthodontic practices to provide them with the necessary IT infrastructure to run their business. Right now, their need for a Systems Engineer is due to the addition of multiple new practices and needing to convert their current IT ecosystem.
Ideally, they are looking for someone who is skilled on the Windows, Meraki, and Azure side. You will be focusing a lot on their endpoint management with MCM/SCCM and Intune. You'll help with a lot of network administration of their Cisco Meraki components, providing general troubleshooting of network remotely. And finally, you will be helping with their cloud connectivity and pushing for more deployments through Azure DevOps (which is more of plus if you have). Also, other nice to haves are Entra, Defender, PowerShell, etc. related.
This is a 3-6 month contract-to-hire role, with the pay rate between $40-45/hr, conversion salary between $80-90K. Lastly, this is a hybrid role that will be onsite 3 days per week, with a flexible work schedule.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a Windows Systems Engineering capacity.
- Strong background of working with Windows, Meraki, and/or Azure.
- Experience with Azure Devops.
- Prior working experience with Intune and MCM/SCCM.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with the IT, Software Engineering, and Product teams.
- Strong team skills - communication, written, and collaboration skills.
- Any PowerShell, SQL, or Entra experience is a nice-to-have.
- Competitive Rate: Between $40-45/HR, DOE
