Position: IT Sales Business Development Manager
Location: Des Moines, IA (onsite, travelling to client sites with office in Des Moines IA)
Salary: Up to $60-70K base PLUS 10% commission, benefits AND company car

Our client has an OUTSTANDING IT Sales Business Development Manager opportunity. If you have a proven successful track record of 5+ years of prior technical sales experience, then we would love to chat with you.

They are a leader in their space and place client relationships first. They are a high integrity organization from the owner to the senior leaders and who you would be working for and with.

Responsibilities:
Maintain current client relationships.
Conduct IT network site reviews and with assistance from your corporate team devise solutions.
Review and research service offerings and agreements to present an optimal proposal and solution to client.
Prospect new potential clients by attending key networking events, calling, emailing and leveraging social media and other marketing tools.
Close deals and secure new business, renewals, and special projects and additional services.
Requirements:
Must have 5+ years of prior successful technical sales experience, preferrable IT infrastructure knowledge
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Excellent prospecting, networking, communication, selling and closing skills
Self-directed passion and desire for sales in building relationships, identifying needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
Clean driving record is a must.
Company car will be provided and travel around the Des Moines Metropolitan area would be expected, with no anticipated overnight travel.
