About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FI/CO Functional Principal Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Financials and Controlling modules. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SAP implementations, manage project teams, and build strong client relationships. This role demands strategic leadership, hands-on functional expertise, and a focus on delivering business-aligned SAP solutions that drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full-cycle SAP FI/CO implementations and support projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver robust SAP solutions.
• Provide deep functional expertise and best practice guidance within SAP FI and CO modules.
• Configure core SAP FI/CO components including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.
• Develop functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for custom developments.
• Design and implement efficient end-to-end financial processes and reporting solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary liaison for client communication, ensuring expectation alignment and issue resolution.
• Conduct user training, testing, and post-implementation support.

Basic Qualifications:

• 15+ years of overall experience, including 8+ years in SAP FI/CO functional roles.
• Strong experience in SAP Retail domain with integration across retail applications.
• Proven record in team leadership and client relationship management.
• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• In-depth understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting structures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred.
