Client: Large Government Client

Job Title: Project Manager/Agile Coach

Location: Norfolk, VA

Duration: 6 month contract to permanent hire

Compensation: $45 - $55/hour W2 depending on level of experience

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Agile Coach/Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to take a product and web enable it, with 2 to 2.5 years of experience in a similar role. This position requires excellent client-facing skills and the ability to work both onsite and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to web enable products.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.

Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any issues.

Support the team in identifying and removing impediments to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

2 to 2.5 years of experience in Agile coaching and project coordination.

Proven ability to take a product and web enable it.

Strong client-facing and communication skills.

Experience working in a hybrid work environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach).

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Familiarity with web development technologies and processes.
