CDW is seeking an experienced Citrix Engineer to join our team and lead a range of Citrix-focused projects. This fully remote role offers flexibility while collaborating closely with our India-based colleagues across time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, implement, and maintain Citrix environments within hybrid setups, deeply integrating with Azure.
• Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams-including India-based counterparts-to ensure smooth execution of projects and deployment efforts.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Citrix infrastructure and application layers.
• Enhance system performance and scalability, continually optimizing the Citrix stack to support evolving business demands.
• Stay current with the latest Citrix advancements and industry best practices, guiding adoption effectively.

What We're Looking For

• Proven Citrix Engineer with hands-on experience designing and operating hybrid Citrix architectures, especially with Azure integration.
• In-depth knowledge of Citrix's shift toward a hosted model over the past five years, and the ability to apply that understanding effectively.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote, autonomous work environment.
• Time zone flexibility, particularly to collaborate with India-based teams.
• Strong communication and teamwork, ensuring clarity and cohesion in a distributed team setup.
