Position Overview:
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer to support the Office of Administration (OA) in the development and ongoing enhancement of the Enterprise PennWATCH website and replacement of the legacy SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) implementations.
This role involves full lifecycle application development including both front-end and back-end responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, a passion for building user-centric applications, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and secure full-stack web applications.
Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Create and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with databases and third-party systems.
Participate in the deployment, testing, debugging, and maintenance of applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and team members to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Document technical specifications and user guides.
Support post-deployment operations including issue resolution and feature enhancements.
