Title : Workday Compensation Lead
Location : New Jersey
Mode of work : Remote
Required technical and professional expertise
- Workday HCM, Security, Comp & Advance Comp. (Workday Compensation Lead)
- Overall ~10+ year experience with minimum 4+ years in Workday
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Workday Compensation Modules
- Workday certification is mandatory (good to have in Compensation)
- Certification in Workday HCM & Compensation
Required Skills:
Workday Consultant with experience in successful end-to-end implementations or support on HCM, Security, Core Compensation and Advance Compensation. This individual should have qualities to be part of a team of Workday Consultants and collaborate with the team and the Customer & also able to lead a 4-5 member Team. This person should be able to own configuration changes to existing Workday system, getting requirements from stakeholders.
- Hands-on Experience in Configuration of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas (mandatory Comp/Adv.Comp).
- Functional Consultant/Lead role on at least 2 end-to-end deployments for Workday HCM (Core HR), Security, Comp/Adv.Comp.
- Core HR strong knowledge in Foundation Data Setup, Business process Configuration, Hire to Retire process, Security configuration, and Agile project Methodology.
- Good process knowledge to work on Post-production AMS support for Comp/Adv.Comp configuration of comp plan, Compensation Plan creation, Compensation Package Creation, Merit, Bonus Plan Creation, OTP Plan creation.
- Compensation merit Cycle process - Compensation Review Process (Must Skill), Atleast should have handled 2 cycles for different Countries.
- Experience in translating clients business requirements to deliverables, setting expectations with clients, analyzing and providing recommendations on various functional areas making it very effective advisory services.
- Ability to work with HRIT Lead, HRIS leads, Compensation and Benefits teams.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
- Able to lead a team of 4-5 members and should a good communication.
- Understanding of HCM touchpoints with other modules in Workday Eco System.
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growing ecosystem with minimal supervision.
- Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules.
