Detailed Job Description

  • Expertise in Distributed Order Management / IBM Sterling OMS (OMoC 25.x).
  • Strong experience in Sterling OMS modules: DOM, SIP, IV, SC, SDF, Payments, Sourcing, Scheduling, NextGen COM, and SOM.
  • Hands-on experience in customization of DOM, Pricing, Payment, Inventory, Call Center, and Store modules.
  • Proficiency in Inventory Sync, Inventory publish, distribution groups, inventory lookups, ATP rule setup, RTAM manipulations.
  • Skilled in developing screens, widgets, overlays, language packs, and UI customizations for IBM Sterling Store and Call Center.
  • Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and front-end frameworks like Angular 11JS or DOJO.
  • Strong knowledge of integration concepts: REST, SOAP, Batch, SFTP, API Gateways, and integration with WMS, ERP, CRM, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud-hosted environments, preferably IBM Cloud on Commerce.
  • Ability to work independently, manage workload effectively, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and issue resolution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience collaborating with stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to emerging IBM Supply Chain products (IV, Watson Order Optimizer, Supply Chain Insights, Business User Controls).
  • Experience working in multi-brand fashion retail environments.
  • Familiarity with NextGen IBM Sterling OMS modules for Store and Call Center operations.
