Salesforce Developer (Genesys)
Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and support solutions on the Salesforce platform for AJG. You'll work closely with admins, users, and global teams to deliver high-quality business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC)

  • Collaborate with admins and project teams on requirements and design

  • Provide technical leadership and enforce coding best practices

  • Perform system integrations (REST APIs) and support data migrations

  • Recommend and implement AppExchange tools where needed

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in IT and Salesforce development

  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (LWC & Aura)

  • Experience with system integration (REST APIs), SOQL, and Data Loader

  • Solid grasp of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

  • Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

  • Experience with SDLC, Agile, deployments (Change Sets, ANT, Metadata API)

Preferred Certifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II

  • Sales Cloud Consultant

  • Service Cloud Consultant
