Job Details

The Bank of New York Mellon seeks a Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer II in Pittsburgh, PA, to consult with internal business groups to provide appropriate application software development services or technical support. Provide application software development services or technical support in more complex situations. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field, and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation. Seven (7) years of experience must include: Utilizing Data Modelling and SQL to store customer reference and credit risk data; Conducting data processing using batch scheduling tool to schedule jobs based on the required data frequency and to provide real time alerting for batch success, failures and long running processes; Designing Authentication and Authorization mechanisms using standards including SiteMinder, SAML and Kerberos; Designing and deploying Shell Scripts, Linux and Windows web application, and database VMs; Performing release management using Maven, GIT, Jenkins and Nexus, and Repository Manager; and Utilizing JIRA for new enhancements, maintaining backlogs, issue creation and tracking its progress.
