Job Details

Job Description: Salesforce Project Manager Project Management & Agile Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects using Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize user stories and backlog items.

Technical Oversight

  • Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and admins to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business requirements.
  • Review technical designs and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Coordinate integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for onsite client stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly and regularly.
  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.

Team Leadership

  • Mentor and guide cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Identify and resolve blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in technical project management, with 5+ years in Salesforce projects.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning, Omni Studio).
  • Proven experience in Agile project delivery.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
