Job Description:

Job Title: Lead Software Engineer

Job Type: 6 mths CTH or Direct FTE

Job Location: Denver, CO

Work Schedule: Hybrid or Remote

No work visa sponsorship or transfer

Responsibilities:

We are seeking talented Development Engineers to join our team and contribute to building storage solutions for the most data-intensive applications. If you have a strong background in Linux-based software development and a passion for cutting-edge technology, we want to hear from you!

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new features for our high-performance storage platforms.
  • Maintain and enhance existing software solutions.
  • Analyze and resolve software bugs across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Managers and distributed teams to understand product requirements.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and product validation.
  • Optimize performance for specific use cases and deployment environments.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development with C in Linux environments.
  • 3+ years of experience working with enterprise-class storage, HPC systems, or distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with Parallel File Systems, especially Lustre.
  • Experience with Linux networking, kernel VFS, IO subsystems, and Ext4 file system is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Gerrit, and GitHub
