RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a M365 Developer in Orlando, FL.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Microsoft 365 Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with a strong background in Microsoft 365 development and a passion for creating efficient, user-friendly solutions. This role involves automating business processes, developing internal tools, and enhancing digital workplace experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement automated workflows and processes using Microsoft Power Automate and related tools
* Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and other Microsoft 365 analytics tools
* Create and manage an engaging intranet site optimized for both desktop and mobile platforms using SharePoint Online
* Build custom applications and tools for internal use, leveraging Microsoft Power Apps and other M365 technologies
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
* Ensure seamless integration across Microsoft 365 services and third-party platforms
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Developer with a strong portfolio of delivered solutions
* Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams development
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Graph API and Azure services
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
* Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent certification
* Experience with Agile development methodologies
* Familiarity with data governance and security best practices in Microsoft 365
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
