About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Vice President to lead AI consulting efforts in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector. This role offers the opportunity to partner with C-suite executives to develop and implement AI-driven strategies that transform business models, enhance operational performance, and unlock growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI solutions, specifically in healthcare, and experience driving large-scale business transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop AI strategies and solutions that drive business transformation and growth.

Lead complex engagements for large healthcare and life sciences organizations, providing innovative, tailored business and technology solutions.

Assess client needs using both traditional and creative methods, delivering actionable recommendations.

Oversee day-to-day client relationships, ensuring high-quality deliverables and successful project outcomes.

Play a central role in business development, including proposal creation and driving new opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

15+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or working within healthcare organizations, focusing on business transformation, process improvement, financial planning, and service delivery models.

Proven experience delivering AI solutions, including Gen AI and Agentic AI, with a strong understanding of their impact on healthcare and life sciences.

Strong network with key stakeholders, including payers, providers, life sciences, and CIOs, and the ability to leverage these relationships for business development.

Expertise in leading large-scale healthcare transformations, involving process redesign, service model development, and technology implementation.

Extensive knowledge of digital technologies in healthcare, including process automation, predictive analytics, and data visualization.

Demonstrated leadership experience, particularly in managing teams and overseeing change initiatives.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build teams, drive consensus, and lead in ambiguous environments.

A track record of consistent career progression and increasing responsibilities.

Preferred Skills:

Deep expertise in assessing healthcare organizations and identifying key transformation initiatives.

Strong strategy, transformation, and technology fluency, with experience in cross-functional team leadership across healthcare, supply chain, HR, and IT.

Experience in proposal development, managing multi-workstream programs, and leading large, multi-functional teams.

Experience developing digital solutions and leading complex benchmarking studies to improve healthcare service delivery models.

Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) from a top-tier institution.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

MBA preferred.

15+ years of experience in consulting or with a large healthcare organization, including managing CXO-level relationships in relevant sectors.
