Crew project management associates help control the scope, schedule, and cost of projects, while building skills to grow into roles as project and program managers.
Responsibilities:
Product Ownership and Strategy
Define and maintain the product roadmap for the reporting tool
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Project and Integration Management
Track data integration across multiple ERPs and manage timelines
Quality Assurance
Perform testing activities to validate functionality and data accuracy
User Enablement
Create training content and documentation for onboarding and adoption
Manage communication to users regarding updates and best practices
Stabilization and Support
Provide post-implementation support and monitor system performance
Reporting and Governance
Deliver weekly updates on progress, risks, and escalations to stakeholder
Project Planning and Execution
Create detailed technical project plans, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional teams
Agile and Scrum Expertise
Manage sprints, backlog grooming, and ceremonies
Apply Agile principles effectively
Risk and Issue Management
Identify technical risks early and implementing mitigation strategies
Stakeholder Communication
Translate technical details into business language
Manage expectations and report progress clearly
Budgeting and Resource Management
Allocate resources for technical tasks and managing costs
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
Handle technical challenges and make informed decisions quickly
Quality Assurance
Ensure deliverables meet technical and business standards
Leadership and Team Coordination
Lead developers, QA engineers, and other technical staff effectively
Qualifications:
Domain knowledge of Supply Chain data
Understanding of Sales Documents, Service Metrics, Master Data, and Inventory data
Technical Knowledge
Understanding SDLC, cloud platforms, APIs, and system architecture
Familiarity with programming concepts
Tool Proficiency
Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, Git, CI/CD tools
Collaboration tools like Slack, Teams
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
