Job Details

Required Skills & Experience

    • 4-6 years in release coordination, service request roles, or environment coordination.

    • Experience making dashboards or metrics, especially in tools like Jira.

    • Familiarity with non-prod environments and software development lifecycles (SDLC).

    • Experience working with ticketing or IT-service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy).

    • Ability to assess usage patterns and estimate approximate costs for environment requests.

    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to support product/delivery teams.

    • Receive and log all requests for use of non-production environments from delivery, test, or business teams.

    • Check that requests have all needed details: scope, dependencies, approvals, timing.

    • Estimate how much effort, time, resources, and cost a request will need, before work begins.

    • Route each request to the correct owner (for example Environment Manager, Change Manager, Incident Manager)
