Job Details
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer/user feedback to identify opportunities, refine product features and prioritize development.
- Translate business and market requirements into clear product requirements (MRDs/PRDs), user stories or feature specifications, and manage backlog/prioritisation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure timely delivery, launch, and success of the product.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for product success, monitor performance post-launch, analyse data and recommend enhancements or pivots.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies including positioning, pricing, packaging, launch and promotion.
- Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for customer needs within the organisation, balancing user experience, business value and technical feasibility.
- Manage the product lifecycle including future enhancements, updates and phasing out products as required.
