Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced PLEX Technical Consultant to elevate our team's overall PLEX competency. This role is focused on solution delivery and project execution, including advanced configuration of the PLEX platform and integration with legacy ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end PLEX solutions and driving successful implementations across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Extensive hands-on experience with PLEX configuration and solution delivery.

- Strong understanding of PLEX architecture and module interdependencies.

- Proven experience integrating PLEX with legacy ERP systems.

- Excellent project management and execution skills.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Required Skills:

- QMS Connectivity & Testing: Validate SAP-Plex QMS data exchange; test payloads like POs, suppliers, and parts.

- QMS Module Activation: Enable Plex QMS features including document control, audit trails, and compliance workflows.

- User Roles for QMS: Configure permissions and approval workflows for quality teams, suppliers, and auditors.

- QMS Process Automation: Set up triggers for alerts, escalations, and quality event approvals.

- Issue Management: Integrate supplier portals for QMS issue tracking and resolution.

- Testing & Dry Runs: Simulate quality events; validate dashboards and KPIs for QMS readiness.

- Go-Live & Hypercare: Finalize QMS go-live plans, migrate data, activate roles, and support post-launch fixes.
