Job Details

Busy 3rd party IT support company looking to add to their network / server tech support team. This is a temp to hire role, several candidates have work 3-5 years+. 

Pay in the $25-35/hr+ range depending on experience!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical phone support to customers in the diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair of network based issues for our product lines. Over the phone as well as remote troubleshooting support.
  • Provide technical consultations to customers and field-based sales and clinical support team about hardware, software and networking requirements and recommendations

 
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technologies or equivalent in-depth specialized technical training/experience.
  • Looking for three (3) to five (5) years of recent hands-on experience in an IT and/or networking support role.
  • Must have experience in troubleshooting system integration and system compatibility issues.

 
Looking for people experienced in network & server support AND also have had some hands on electronics repair & troubleshooting. Very helpful to have the hands on experience when troubleshooting with someone over the phone.
