As a Solution Manager I (IAM), SailPoint IIQ Technical Lead/Manager, you will:

From our centers, we work with Deloitte consultants to design, develop and build solutions to help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of entire industries. Our centers house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects and integrators, to creative digital experts, to cyber risk and human capital professionals. All work together on diverse projects from advanced preconfigured solutions and methodologies, to brand-building and campaign management. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and c ertifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,750 to $171,250.

Work you'll do
As a Solution Manager I (IAM), SailPoint IIQ Technical Lead/Manager, you will:
- Multitask and switch gears to meet changing priorities and tasks to accomplish goals/objectives.
- Work in a distributed team environment where team members are spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually to support clients IAM applications.
- Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement
- Build custom workflows and connectors for SailPoint IIQ solutions.
- Evaluate and support complex IAM and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
- Responsible to install, integrate and maintain one or more Identity & Access Management products such as Sailpoint IIQ, Oracle OIM, or ForgeRock in a client environment.
- Communicate the IAM aspects of both the production support and maintenance at the technical and functional level to maintain or resolve a technical situation.
- Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services.
- Analyze logs from servers and troubleshoot issues
- Efficiently use code versioning tools such as Git and Bit bucket Enterprise
- Uses various Tools effectively: JIRA, Confluence, UC Deploy.
- Perform Requirements management including requirements gathering, evaluation and analysis to determine operational objectives
- Build system design and architecture based on extensive requirements gathered and ensure its conformance to the prescribed design standards
- Perform extensive testing to validate if the project meets the design requirements and business objectives
- Engage in the application deployment in the operational environment
- Provide support and maintenance to ensure that the application operates continually at peak performance levels

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline
- Have at least 3+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Hands on experience of application onboarding and developing workflows with SailPoint.
- 3+ years of experience developing and implementing enterprise solution using Java/J2EE, Struts, HTML based on the design approved by the client
- Experience creating SOAP/RESTful web services and testing frameworks
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred
- Certification on an IAM product
