Job Details
We're looking for an experienced Executive Producer, AI Production Innovation to partner on frontier production strategies, innovation-focused workflows, and operational integration of AI within our global campaign creation process. This role will translate creative vision into new formats and realities, scale experimentation and execution, enable new tools and ways of working, and help to define best-in-class AI ad creation approaches. The producer will also document and articulate learnings along the way, ensuring seamless delivery of assets that combine human creativity with AI-powered speed and scale.

responsibilities:
- Design and manage production processes that integrate AI tooling into creative workflows (e.g., Firefly, Adobe GenStudio, ChatGPT, Runway)
- Build and scale repeatable frameworks for content development using AI-enhanced production models, documenting and articulating experimentation approaches, learnings and best practices
- Partner with campaign, strategy and creative leads to ensure timely and efficient delivery of assets across campaign and brand creative tracks
- Translate briefs into resourcing plans, timelines, and tooling strategies aligned with creative and operational goals
- Create and maintain a production knowledge base, including prompt libraries, QA checklists, and tool guides
- Stay up to date on emerging tools and lead onboarding and training for AI platforms
- Collaborate with legal, privacy, and brand governance partners to ensure safe and responsible AI usage
- Act as a connective tissue across disciplines-streamlining communication, managing dependencies, and escalating blockers quickly
qualifications:
- 8+ years' experience in creative production for product advertising/acquisition campaigns, integrated campaign delivery, or content operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across creative, technical, and strategic tracks
- Strong knowledge of creative workflows across video, motion, advertising, and digital design
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Adobe GenStudio, Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
- Experience in prompt engineering, including developing and refining prompts across formats
- Proven success in building and managing creative workflows and production infrastructure
- Exceptional communication and vendor management skills
