What You Will Get To Do:

• Analyze existing applications and identify opportunities for integration and consolidation to streamline processes and reduce complexity.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can be leveraged to enhance the organization's technology stack and improve overall performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology solutions that align with business objectives.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of integrated applications and systems.
• Mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into easily understandable terms.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the organization's technology solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in software development, application integration, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing technical teams.
• Expertise in modern programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C#.
• In-depth knowledge of application integration techniques, such as APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or private clouds.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
