Job Details

Responsibilities:
Creates a vision of the manufacturing operations through extensive knowledge of the system, business needs, and future trends of the solutions in industry. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
Understanding the business requirements of the organization.
Preparation of Blueprint for implementing the project.
Implementation of the project.
Validate the reports requirements and any changes in customizing.
Provide training to end-user and sort out day-to-day queries of end users as per each of the project phases needs.
Conduct structured testing internally and with users.
Ensure stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements.
Data Mapping-Mapping the source data element for each data element in the target environment.
Gap Analysis-finding the gap between As-Is and To-Be processes
 
Requirements:
10+ years of SAP Functional consulting experience.
5+ years of full cycle implementation in large organizations and at least one (1) end to end S/4 HANA implementations, specifically the PP Module.
Experience designing and configuring PP module. Knowledge of PP functionalities including but not limited to demand management, production orders, and capacity planning and the key integration points between the other SAP modules (MM and QM experience is an asset).
Strong production, operations, or systems manufacturing experience.
Must have strong experience in the planning, scheduling, and execution functions of SAP PP for discrete and repetitive environments in a make-to-order or make-to-stock environment is a must.
Ability to comprehend business forms from a client’s point of view.
Ability to work in a group domain, viably cooperating with others.
Must be results-oriented.
Experience in developing test, cutover and post go-live plans for the modules of competence (strategy, plan, requirements, KPIs, etc).
Experience with globally distributed teams.
Must have strong analytical skills, be team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Strong customer orientation.
Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables.
Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing companies is a plus.
