Prepare for new DRAM products, working with Design Engineering to help complete pre-silicon simulations and documentation. Ensure silicon meets product expectations by extracting and analyzing silicon parametric and testmanufacturing data, monitoring performance to plan. Perform hands-on failure analysis in our lab to isolate root cause. Suggest and oversee experiments to improve product performance. Provide technical training and expertise to assist new engineers with data presentation and interpretation, acting as a productspecific point of contact.

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field. Alternatively, Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a DRAM Product Engineer-related occupation.
