Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and development of Now Assist / GenAI solutions
- Remain fully hands-on with configuration, scripting, and feature implementation
- Enhance Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and workflow automation capabilities
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions using best practices
- Drive system performance, troubleshooting, and integration architecture
- Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solution success
Required Skills
- 10+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong architectural expertise
- Proven hands-on experience with Now Assist / GenAI, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
- Experience with complex integrations and enterprise ServiceNow deployments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
