Job Title: Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) & Payroll Functional Consultant
Location: Hybrid Atlanta, GA
Duration: 1+ Year
Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in OTL and Payroll modules. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and supporting Oracle Time and Labor and Payroll processes. Should have strong functional knowledge of time entry, approval workflows, payroll processing, and integrations with Core HR and other modules.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of Oracle HCM functional experience, with strong focus on OTL and Payroll
- Experience in end-to-end implementation and support
- Strong understanding of business processes and functional configurations
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
