A fortune 150 organization has retained Eliassen on a search for a Sr. Manager, Infrastructure to own and people-lead a segment of their IT Infrastructure.
This leader will be responsible for people-leading and executing upon goals related to Site Reliability and Systems Administration. This individual will report to a Director of IT Infrastructure and will manage an org that consists of 35-40 individuals. This role is technology-agnostic, however it will require strong understanding of cloud computing, cloud architecture, site-reliability, and systems administration.

The ideal Sr. Manager, Infrastructure profile includes:
- Around or more than 5 years of progressive leadership in cloud-based IT Infrastructure. Specifically, technology related to scaling of site reliability, usability, and failover.
- Experience managing moderate to large IT teams, 20+ members involved, and have managed other team leads or managers previously.
- It is helpful to be an engineer or administrator by trade, before assuming management roles, but is not 100% required.
