Position: Oracle HCM EBS Engineer

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Remote (USA)

Tax terms: W2 ( We are not able to provide sponsorship) 

Must hold / Eligible for security clearance 

Role Description

• We are seeking a knowledgeable sub-contractor with expertise in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to support a client project involving complex HR and payroll processes and integrations.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical and functional support for Oracle HCM modules within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), including Core HR, Payroll, and related components.
• Collaborate with project teams to analyze business requirements and configure Oracle HCM EBS solutions accordingly.
• Support data integration and migration activities between Oracle EBS, Oracle HCM Cloud, and third-party systems (such as tax determination and labor hour reporting platforms).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM EBS modules, including system errors, data discrepancies, and integration challenges.
• Document configurations, customizations, and support procedures for ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.

Required Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM modules in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
• Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and related business processes in Oracle EBS.
• Experience with integrations between Oracle EBS, Oracle HCM Cloud, and external systems.
• Ability to work independently as a sub-contractor and deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines
