Summary

Job Title: SAP C4C Consultant

Duration: 1 to 3 months

Location: 100% Remote

Role Overview

The client is seeking a Senior Techno-Functional SAP C4C Consultant with proven experience successfully leading or heavily contributing to a migration from SAP C4C Version 1 to Version 2, or implementing C4C Version 2. The consultant must combine strong functional expertise with deep technical migration knowledge and be able to provide best practices, architectural guidance, and critical insights to ensure a smooth and successful transition. This is a short-term, high-impact engagement focused on expert advisory and execution support.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead or significantly contribute to SAP C4C V1 → V2 migration strategy and execution
Provide technical guidance and best practices for C4C V2 implementation
Analyze migration risks and recommend mitigation approaches
Support architecture decisions and integration strategy
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align migration goals
Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities
Ensure technical stability and performance during transition
Share knowledge and critical pointers for long-term success

Must-Have Skills

Strong SAP C4C technical expertise
Functional knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP C4C
Direct experience with C4C Service Cloud
Proven experience in V1 → V2 migration OR V2 implementation
Experience with Commerce Cloud
Experience with SAP Process Orchestration (PO)
Strong understanding of integration and system architecture

Preferred / Plus Skills

Experience working with SAP BTP
Experience acting as technical lead or migration lead
Ability to guide teams through best practices and migration strategy
