SUMMARY

  • Switching and networking.
  • understand VLANs, ACLs, know how to program a switchboard, and any experience with Palo Alto is a major plus.

Tech skills: Knowledge of LAN and WAN networks, VLANs, and VPN technologies.

Palo is a plus to have. Familiarity with VMWare vSphere 7. Nutanix experience a plus. Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Experience with Cisco Meraki, Dell, and Brocade switches. Ability to program switchports to access VLANs.

Soft skills: customer service focused, friendly personable, good communication, needs to be comfortable presenting to management.
